	Laboratories		Instrumentation Instruments for nutrient analyses We primarily analyse water and sediment chemistry (major N,P and C fractions) in relation to environmental conditions and gradients (hydromorphology, local habitat conditions, flow variability).    We use Continuous Flow Analysis (CFA) technique from the Fa. Systea (Alliance instruments). The state-of-the-art CFA technology guarantee a high capacity of nutrient analysis at low detection levels of different environmental samples (water, organisms, sediment, soil). We use a 4channel system to analyse phosphate, ammonia, nitrite and nitrate and after combustion or extractions the respective fractions.
